Job summary

Sedron Technologies, LLC is hiring a Remote Process Operations Technician to coordinate operations with onsite teams from Casco, WI or Fair Oaks, IN. You will monitor chemical processes remotely using a Distributed Control System, support startups and shutdowns, and respond to process upsets to ensure optimal performance.

The role requires reading PFDs/P&IDs, CMMS experience, and strong English communication. Growth opportunities depend on performance, certifications, and supervisor discretion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in process operations in industrial settings such as fertilizer, chemical, or wastewater.
• Ability to read PFDs and P&IDs; proficient with DCS and remote monitoring software.
• Experience with CMMS like Maintenance Connection; data visualization tools (Grafana, InfluxDB) a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, English communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow process instructions and health/environmental protocols; monitor remotely via DCS.
• Support startup, steady-state ops, and shutdown recovery; adjust parameters for optimal performance.
• Respond to upsets and emergencies using established procedures.
• Coordinate with onsite operators and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain records and support regulatory and contractual reporting.
