Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis to support product and process optimization.
• Laboratory skills such as handling chemicals safely, conducting material and resin testing, using analytical instruments, and documenting experimental results accurately.
• Experience or familiarity with the chemical industry, preferably in polymers, composites, resins, or related manufacturing environments.
• Process engineering capabilities, including process design or improvement, understanding of curing and polymerization processes, and support of scale-up from lab to production.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and prepare concise technical documentation and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and safety practices in chemical and manufacturing settings.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering and data tools (e.g., Excel, statistical analysis, basic process modeling).

Responsibilities
