Job summary

RSE, a water technology leader, is seeking a Product & Process Sales Engineer for a full-time remote role based in North America. You will translate customer requirements into technically sound solutions for water and wastewater applications, review specs, and prepare proposals.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams, deliver presentations, support business development, and help identify new product opportunities while tracking market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in fluid systems and water/wastewater processes.
• Ability to translate technical data into client-ready proposals.
• Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into technically sound product and process solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, sizing, and equipment selections.
• Deliver technical presentations and respond to customer inquiries.
