Responsibilities

• Serves as a messenger of faith, mission, and purpose.
• Interacts with employees, companies, and communities with professional integrity.
• Visits company worksites weekly to build trust and relationships.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for personal or family issues.
• Offers referrals to employees and families for specialized help.
• Assists in planning or attending funerals and providing follow-up support.
• May visit employees and families at hospitals, homes, or care facilities.
• Supports notifications of death or serious injuries to families and employees.
