You will drive change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across the transformation program, partnering with senior leadership to define future-state operating models.

Qualificações

• Proven change management experience at manager level or above within complex, global organizations.
• Designing and implementing people, process, and technology transformation programs.
• Experience working in matrix environments and with geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, capability building, and culture change.
• Experience creating current-state and future-state operating models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex organizational challenges into clear, actionable change strategies.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Commitment to driving inclusive and sustainable organizational change.
• Prosci certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies aligned with organizational transformation objectives
• Conduct comprehensive current-state assessments of the operating environment, documenting findings and identifying key transformation opportunities
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define future-state operating models, including people structures, processes, governance frameworks, and technology considerations
• Develop and execute change adoption plans to ensure effective communication, training, and support for all stakeholders
• Design and deliver change management initiatives that address people, process, and technology dimensions
• Manage stakeholder engagement and resistance, building coalitions of support across the global workforce
• Monitor change implementation progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide coaching and support to leadership teams navigating organizational transformation
• Establish metrics to measure change effectiveness and organizational readiness
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across United States and United Kingdom locations
