Job summary

Navitus is seeking an Oracle Functional Solutions Architect to lead the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB architecture for finance, billing, and revenue management. You will translate complex requirements into scalable Oracle solutions, collaborating with Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and IT teams to maximize capabilities and minimize customization.

The role requires 10+ years of enterprise financial application experience, Oracle Fusion/ORMB expertise, and strong governance skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• Oracle certification in Fusion Cloud ERP, ORMB, or related Oracle capability preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant enterprise application experience, including functional design, implementation, or solution architecture responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, billing, receivables, revenue-management, reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience leading a full implementation or major transformation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the functional solution architecture and roadmap for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB.
• Lead discovery, requirements analysis, fit-gap assessment, future-state process design, solution option evaluation, and functional design decisions.
• Translate business requirements into process flows, solution blueprints, functional specifications, configuration decisions, integration requirements, and reporting needs.
• Prioritize Oracle capabilities and justify extensions or customization by value, risk, and supportability.
• Assess cross-platform impacts and maintain alignment across billing, receivables, payables, cash management, GL, and reporting.
• Develop architecture standards, decision records, and reusable solution patterns.
• Provide leadership for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP capabilities including GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and other modules.
• Partner with Finance to align config with accounting, reconciliation, close, and internal controls.
• Evaluate enhancement requests and recommend value-driven solutions.
• Assess Oracle update and release impacts and guide testing and adoption.
