Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Change Management (CM) lead within the R&D Advisory Group for the Future Digital Content Creation initiative. You will develop and execute adoption, communication, and readiness activities across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and quality domains, partnering with program leadership to drive successful implementation.

The role requires 8–10 years in CM, strong stakeholder engagement, and experience in life sciences.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of change management experience in life sciences or R&D.
• Experience in digital content creation initiatives and CM within regulatory/quality domains.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the change management strategy.
• Assess organizational impacts across four workstreams.
• Create stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Lead change readiness and adoption activities.
• Partner with program leadership and business stakeholders.
• Support training strategy development and user adoption planning.
• Track and report change management metrics and risks.
