What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the organization’s information security program, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001:2022 and other regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
- Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations
- Provide support and guidance to junior information security team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10-12 years of experience in Information Security/Cybersecurity
- Advanced experience in managing and conducting information security audits
- Proficiency in leading risk assessments, compliance efforts, and policy management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Information Security certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CEH, or COBIT
- Experience with security awareness initiatives and training program development
