Quisitive, a leading Microsoft partner, seeks a Change Management Consultant to help clients adopt Copilot, Cowork, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Purview. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys facilitating conversations and turning change strategies into practical action.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in organizational change management, technology adoption, training, communications, or consulting.
• Experience with Copilot and/or Cowork change management.
• Experience supporting technology implementation projects in a client-facing environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Purview or similar technologies.
• Understanding of change management principles and frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci.
• Strong written communication, presentation, facilitation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and work independently as part of a delivery team.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Support change management activities for Microsoft technology projects.
• Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and change impact assessments and translate findings into action plans.
• Build and execute communication, training, sponsor engagement and reinforcement plans.
• Identify adoption risks and address them to keep projects on track.
• Help clients adopt Copilot, Cowork and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Translate capabilities into business value and role-based use cases.
• Support champion networks and AI literacy efforts.
• Define adoption success measures and use data to show results.
• Develop enablement materials and training content.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, solution architects, and client teams.
• Identify adoption risks and address them proactively.
• Contribute to Quisitive's change management tools and best practices.
