Job summary

Planet Technologies is seeking a highly motivated M365 Organizational Change Management Consultant to support government and commercial clients in their digital transformation journeys. You will drive OCM strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training for Microsoft 365 deployments, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

The role emphasizes leadership in change initiatives, collaboration with PMs and IT, and delivering measurable adoption outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management or adoption functions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to educate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCM activities including vision discovery, kickoff, and change scope workshops.
• Develop and execute Microsoft Copilot related offerings and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change management with project objectives.
• Build communication, training, and champions plans; measure and adjust them for outcomes.
• Educate end-users and stakeholders to ensure adoption without fear or resistance.
