Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Lead Change Management Consultant to join a Google-focused solutions practice. This senior contract role will drive large-scale technology adoption for enterprise customers, engaging with C-suite leaders and guiding transformations affecting 20,000+ users.

You will lead executive workshops, steer program delivery, and advance Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise adoption through enablement, Champions networks, and measurement frameworks. This is a fully remote U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of external consulting in a Change Management Lead role.
• Subject-matter expert in Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.
• Experience leading teams of Change Managers and presenting to executives.
