Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, organizational development, or related field.
• Four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's.
• 4+ years in organizational change, internal communications, or adoption programs.
• Prosci change management certification or CCMP credential.
• Experience delivering communications in a federal or complex enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Develop a change-management strategy, stakeholder map, readiness baseline, objectives and metrics.
• Create leadership briefings, launch messages, FAQs, newsletters, and wave communications.
• Build an Agile/Jira adoption hub with accessible resources and updates.
• Recruit and sustain a network of change champions; coordinate forums and community activities.
• Design pulse surveys and feedback loops; interpret sentiment and adoption indicators.
