Job summary

LMI is seeking a seasoned change and communications lead to guide VA modernization efforts, focusing on Agile and Atlassian adoption. You will blend change management, communications strategy, readiness analysis, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful implementation.

Responsibilities include developing strategy, stakeholder maps, communications plans and adoption metrics; creating briefings, FAQs, newsletters, and managing a change-champion network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years of change/communications experience.
• Prosci or CCMP certification required.
