Qualifications

• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Ensures high quality, patient-centric, safe care for department patients
• Leads as frontline clinician leader to meet organizational goals
• Promotes staff involvement and translates initiatives into practice
• Advances population health strategies for outcome improvement
• Interfaces with community organizations to optimize patient health
• Monitors clinician utilization and provides performance feedback
• Supervises physicians and behavioral health clinicians; mentors staff
• Ensures appropriate staffing and on-call coverage
• Oversees budget and financial performance of the division
• Develops and implements regional clinical guidelines and protocols
