Eventus WholeHealth seeks an exceptional Chair of Behavioral Health to lead psychiatric services across long-term care facilities. You will shape an integrated care model, oversee psychiatry, psychotherapy, and BHI, and chair the Clinical Quality Committee to align outcomes with care quality.

The role is 60% clinical and 40% administrative, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, with responsibilities spanning budget, provider productivity, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted medical license.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive clinical and leadership experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary behavioral health teams.
• Experience in geriatric psychiatry, long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living.
• Experience with value-based care and population health models.
• CMD or similar long-term care certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction and clinical leadership for all behavioral health services.
• Establish evidence-based standards, competencies, and quality expectations.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes and metrics.
• Serve as senior clinical resource for complex behavioral health issues.
• Champion integration of behavioral health with primary care and other services.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and professional development for providers.
• Supervise key directors and lead succession planning.
