Job summary

The role blends clinical excellence with operational leadership, guiding physicians and APPs to deliver coordinated, value-based care while ensuring policy compliance and patient safety.

You will lead clinical programs, manage budgets, partner with hospitals and community organizations, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Board certified and fully licensed in the state of MA.
• Credentialed in the clinical role.
• Active clinical practice in the specialty.
• Understanding of basic quality assessment and improvement methods.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS may be required depending on specialty.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising clinicians.

Responsibilities
