Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a physician leader to guide psychiatry across eastern and central Massachusetts. You will bridge medical practice with administration while advancing patient care, outcomes, and service line metrics.

The role offers a 0.5 FTE admin and 0.5 FTE direct patient care split, with opportunities for physician partnership within OptumCare and strong support from a national clinical network.

Formación

• MD or DO with experience leading MD and APC psychiatry clinicians.
• Board Certification in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry or General Adult Psychiatry.
• Eligibility for full licensure in state of Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsabilidades

• Analyze complex situations and develop effective strategies.
• Contribute to Service Line strategy development, setting goals and metrics.
• Lead clinical operations, bridging the gap between medical practice and administrative functions.
• Monitor patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Advocate for patient needs.
• Forecast budget needs and manage financial performance.
• Collaborate with a talented team of professionals.
• 0.5 FTE for administrative duties (20 hours weekly) and 0.5 FTE for Direct Patient Care duties (20 hours weekly).
