Job summary

Ovation Healthcare is seeking a Senior Director, Finance to provide CFO-level financial leadership, strategic oversight, and executive counsel. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen cash flow, budgeting, capital planning, and financial controls across the organization.

This role oversees GAAP reporting, audits, and reimbursement matters, develops long-range plans, and coaches finance staff.

Qualifications

• Executive-level financial acumen with ability to translate results into strategy.
• Strong GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls knowledge.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Provide CFO-level guidance on financial performance, priorities, risks and sustainability.
• Lead GAAP-based financial statements, reporting, and compliance with deadlines.
• Oversee annual operating and capital budgets, rolling forecasts and financial models.
