Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 most current years of Property & Casualty (P&C) carrier accounting operations experience with strong background in GAAP & STAT reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee STAT and GAAP financial reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant statements and disclosures.
• Lead regulatory compliance activities to adhere to insurance regulations and reporting standards.
• Develop and execute the organization’s reinsurance strategy and manage related relationships.
