Job summary

Mindrift (Toloka) is seeking a CFD specialist to train and evaluate AI agents on expert-level fluid simulations. You will take CAD geometry, set up and run simulations, and write Python checks to validate results.

This remote freelance role offers up to $69 per hour, with 10–20 hours per week during active phases. A strong CFD background and Python skills, plus English at B2+ level, will help you excel on real-world platform projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (PhD preferred but not required).
• Several years of hands-on CFD with OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX or STAR-CCM+ including meshing.
• Solid verification and validation practices: mesh-independence studies and benchmarking.
• Comfortable with Python and GitHub.
• English at B2 level or above.
• Nice to have aerospace/automotive/offshore or turbomachinery background; multiphase or particle-laden flow experience.

Responsibilities
