Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced CFD Engineer to lead advanced fluid dynamics simulations in a fully remote role. You will handle aerodynamics, turbulence modeling, and mesh optimization while communicating complex results to stakeholders.

Required are a Bachelor’s or Master’s in mechanical, aerospace, or chemical engineering and 3+ years of hands-on CFD experience. English communication and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on CFD experience.
• Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, aerodynamics, Navier-Stokes equations, and turbulence modeling.
• Experience with ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM, COMSOL or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate CFD simulations involving fluid flow, aerodynamics, heat transfer, and turbulence.
• Work on mesh generation, solver setup, boundary conditions, and convergence analysis.
• Analyze and troubleshoot CFD simulation results.
• Apply verification and validation best practices.
• Review technical solutions for accuracy and engineering quality.
• Clearly document technical findings and provide engineering feedback.
