YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced CFD Engineer to lead simulations across fluid flow and aerodynamics. The role focuses on mesh generation, solver setup, boundary conditions, and convergence analysis to deliver reliable results.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of CFD experience, strong fundamentals in Navier-Stokes and turbulence modeling, and proficiency with industry tools such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM or COMSOL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on CFD experience and problem solving in fluid dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of Navier-Stokes, turbulence modeling, and heat transfer.
• Experience with ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate CFD simulations involving fluid flow, aerodynamics, heat transfer, and turbulence.
• Work on mesh generation, solver setup, boundary conditions, and convergence analysis.
• Analyze and troubleshoot CFD simulation results.
• Apply verification and validation best practices.
• Review technical solutions for accuracy and engineering quality.
• Document findings and provide engineering feedback.
