Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced CFD Engineer to work on advanced fluid dynamics projects remotely. You will run simulations, analyze results, and explain complex CFD problems to engineers and stakeholders.

You’ll focus on mesh generation, solver setup, turbulence modeling, verification and validation, and documentation of technical findings to ensure engineering quality. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clear communication are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years hands-on CFD experience.
Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, aerodynamics, Navier–Stokes equations, and turbulence modeling.
Experience with ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM, COMSOL or similar.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform and evaluate CFD simulations involving fluid flow, aerodynamics, heat transfer, and turbulence.
Work on mesh generation, solver setup, boundary conditions, and convergence analysis.
Analyze and troubleshoot CFD simulation results.
Apply verification and validation best practices.
Review technical solutions for accuracy and engineering quality.
Clearly document technical findings and provide engineering feedback.
