Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks multiple Nationally Certified Pharm Techs - Prior Authorizations for a 100% remote, telephone-heavy role. Hours are 10a-7pm CST Monday to Friday, with training 8-5 CST. Contract through April 2027 with potential to go permanent in some cases.

Position focuses on reviewing prior authorizations, data entry, and inbound/outbound calls. Candidates must have reliable high-speed internet and be Nationally Certified with 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Must be Nationally Certified pharm tech with 1 year experience.
• Prior authorizations experience preferred.
• Open to inbound/outbound calls and data entry duties.

Responsibilities

• Very administrative in nature - review prior auth requests from fax, electronic, and inbound calls.
• Review requests and route to Pharmacist for review when needed.
• Communicate information regarding eligibility, benefits, and status to callers while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and mentor new staff as needed.
• Enter patient information into the delivery system to initiate EAP, Care and Utilization programs.
