Job summary

Medsien, a San Francisco-based provider of remote care management, is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our Float Pool from a home office in the United States. This full-time, 1099 role supports patients across multiple medical practices.

You will engage patients, track care plans, and ensure compliant, high-quality care. National certification in Medical Assisting and US residence are required; bilingual is a nice-to-have.

• Ensure all patient enrollments adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Monitor and track care performance and strive to meet goals.
• Support patients across multiple medical practices and teams.
• Transition between practices while maintaining care quality.
