• Extensive senior leadership experience in travel, including CEO/President roles with full P&L ownership.
• Proven track record driving revenue growth and profitability at scale.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into measurable operational results and governance.

• Define and execute the organization’s long-term vision with the Board.
• Own overall financial performance including revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead and inspire the executive team, fostering accountability and performance.
• Drive operational excellence and scalable processes across functions.
• Represent the organization to clients, partners, investors and market stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities, new markets, partnerships and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure governance, risk management and compliance across the enterprise.
• Guide leadership in a fully remote, distributed environment.
