Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Centralized Controller to lead the centralized accounting operations for its luxury portfolio. This role ensures timely financial reporting, close processes, and strong internal controls across multiple properties, while partnering with property leadership and corporate finance to drive efficiency and audits readiness. The ideal candidate has extensive hospitality finance experience and a CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive hospitality finance and accounting experience.
• Proven experience managing accounting processes, financial reporting, and internal controls within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and hospitality accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and manage cash flow for the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, USALI, and GAAP standards.
• Mentor and train property accounting teams and drive standardization across functions.
