KETTLER is seeking a strategic Central Business Manager to lead the Central Business Office across a portfolio of multifamily communities. Reporting to the Director of the Central Business Office, this role provides matrixed leadership to Operations VPs, Regional Property Managers, Community Managers, and asset management teams, driving efficiency and financial performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent property management leadership training/experience.
• Minimum of 3 years progressive property management experience with accounting responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily residential property management and tenant/landlord laws.
• Ability to analyze issues, reach sound conclusions and take action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in affordable housing is preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.
• Familiarity with Yardi is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Director and stakeholders to implement the Central Business Office.
• Oversee centralized community responsibilities across multiple sites.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reviews.
• Monitor cash flow and NOI against budgets.
• Prepare end-of-month reporting including A/R and A/P.
• Manage lease administration, renewals, and certifications.
• Support revenue goals through occupancy and ancillary income efforts.
• Coordinate collections and legal filings when necessary.
