Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Market Manager to independently manage a regional cement market. This role requires building a robust business strategy, leading marketing and sales initiatives, and delivering technical service to customers from a home-based office.

The position involves travel to meet clients locally and nationally, with relocation assistance available for candidates outside the Texas territory. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in construction materials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in construction materials; cement sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce and Qlikview.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a business strategy to grow market share.
• Lead territory marketing and sales efforts.
• Provide basic technical service to customers in the territory.
• Monitor quality and performance of Amrize products.
• Manage customer relationships and account plans.
