Responsibilities

• Respond to interpreting sessions promptly in a friendly, professional manner.
• Render correct concepts and meanings per interpretation Protocol.
• Speak clearly in both languages with proper pronunciation and enunciation.
• Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity during sessions.
• Remain calm on calls, including emergency situations (e.g., 911).
• Remain punctual and available during work hours.
• Follow client instructions to meet expectations.
• Understand industry terminology across medical, insurance, finance, law.
