No prior recruiting experience is required; access to playbooks, tools, and orientation is provided to get you up and running quickly. Flexible full-time or part-time hours, commission-only pay of $500 per placement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads via phone, email, text, and social media.
• Clearly communicate carrier requirements, compensation, and lane specifications to candidates.
