Responsibilities include sourcing and screening drivers, guiding candidates through application, background checks, and onboarding, and communicating lane specs and compensation clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with recruiting software (ATS) and social media platforms.
• Ability to work remotely and manage own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact, and screen CDL drivers for open positions.
• Guide candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of CDL driver leads via phone, email, text, and social media.
• Clearly communicate carrier requirements, compensation, and lane specifications to candidates.
