You will manage your own schedule and build a robust pipeline of CDL driver leads across the nation. No prior recruiting experience is required; we provide access to playbooks, tools, and orientation.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the discipline to manage a remote work structure independently.
• Comfort using recruiting software (ATS) and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to build and manage a pipeline of driver leads.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact, and screen prospective CDL drivers for open carrier positions.
• Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
• Communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications clearly to candidates.
