Responsibilities include building pipelines, guiding applicants through checks and onboarding, and clearly communicating requirements and compensation to drivers. Flexible full-time or part-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• No prior recruiting experience required; entry-level candidates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred: prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or the commercial trucking or transportation industry (CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive personality.
• Comfort using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage a remote work structure independently.
