Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold at least one of RHIA, RHIT, RN, MD, or MD-equivalent clinical credentials.
• Must maintain required credentials and certifications throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert oversight and leadership for CDI team operations.
• Assess opportunities related to contractual requirements, CDI best-practice metrics, and program performance.
• Support development and implementation of processes to improve clinical documentation performance.
• Apply strong project management skills to coordinate priorities, track progress, and support CDI initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with medical staff, clinical departments, and facility leadership.
