Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist to ensure quality and completeness of medical records across all payor groups. The role requires collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and coding teams to support accurate reimbursement and clinical severity representation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in clinical documentation within acute care, proficiency with EPIC EHR, and strong communication and teaching skills. This is a remote position with no travel required.

Qualificações

• International Medical Graduate (IMG) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent medical education required.
• CDI experience in an acute setting preferred, Level 1 Trauma Center experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure overall quality and completeness of medical records.
• Document for all payor groups and DRGs.
• Influence clinical documentation through collaboration with physicians and care teams.
• Support timely, accurate documentation used for outcomes measurement.
• Educate care team on documentation standards and processes.
