Responsibilities

• Develops a patient coaching relationship that supports the patient care plan.
• Communicates abnormal findings to the cardiology care team.
• Monitors patient adherence to care plans.

Skills

Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills

Experience with cardiology patients

Education

High School diploma or GED

Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) credential

EMRs – specifically Athena, NexGen, GEMMS and e‑clinical works
