Job summary

Zoom Contact Center is seeking a Contact Center Business Development Representative to own the top‑of‑funnel for the CCaaS line. You will engage with C‑level and VP‑level executives at enterprise accounts and partner with Account Executives on targeted outreach that builds pipeline.

In this role you’ll craft account‑specific messaging, run high‑volume outbound prospecting (70+ activities daily), and collaborate with CX Specialists, Field Marketing, ABM, geo BDRs, and Sales to accelerate

Qualifications

• Experience with contact center solutions, CCaaS, or customer experience tech.
• Proven ability to engage C-level and VP executives with tailored messaging.
• Strong outbound prospecting and quota attainment in enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage enterprise accounts for CCaaS opportunities.
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily via calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Collaborate with CX Specialists, Field Marketing, ABM, and geo BDRs on campaigns.
• Qualify opportunities with discovery calls and needs analysis.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on results.
