Qualifications

• Experience resolving coding and global insurance denials.
• CPC certification and 5+ years of denial/charge experience preferred.
• Ability to review charges and communicate with payers to advance resolution.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned charges and claims across systems.
• Investigate coding and global denials and prepare accurate appeals.
• Communicate with insurance payers to advance resolution.
• Prioritize older dates of service, high-dollar accounts, and aging claims.
• Manage multiple work queues and meet productivity expectations.
• Identify paths to secure payment and reduce AR aging.
