Job summary

RemoteFetch is seeking a CBO Insurance Sr. Specialist to resolve complex accounts and support the supervisor with team management. You will verify patient financial, insurance and demographic information to ensure compliant claims are sent to payers, and act as a subject matter expert in revenue cycle workflows.

The role includes quality validations, ongoing education, and coaching a multi-disciplinary team to improve cost of care and payer information accuracy in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Billing/coding certificate preferred.
• College coursework in accounting, business or healthcare administration preferred.
• Extensive revenue cycle process improvement experience required.
• 5+ years' experience in revenue cycle/CBO required.
