Avar Consulting, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of AMDEX Corporation, seeks a CATI Interviewer Team Lead to manage a remote team supporting CMS survey quality. This role blends hands-on interviewing with supervision, coaching, and data quality oversight.

Qualifications

• CATI interview experience with accurate data entry.
• Experience supervising or coaching a remote team.
• Clear enunciation and fluent English communication.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Access.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a remote interviewer team.
• Monitor quality, review interviews, and provide coaching.
• Conduct CATI interviews and ensure data accuracy.
• Train and onboard new interviewers and manage productivity.
