Job summary

dunnhumby, the global leader in Customer Data Science, is seeking a Category Management Consulting Manager (Solutions) in Cincinnati, OH. You will lead delivery of consulting projects and build strong client relationships to win new deals and grow value.

The role may telecommute 100% from home in line with our remote work policy, with domestic travel up to 10% for pitches, demos, training, and team activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with minimum 5 years in category management or related consulting.
• Experience embedding customer insights into category management processes and driving business value.
• Familiarity with customer analytics and assortment optimization tools used by retailers/CPGs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of consulting projects for priority clients or to win long-term deals and ensure quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships internally and with client counterparts.
• Support pre-sales activities and lead generation in coordination with Sales and Client teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to define and deliver category management solutions.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff, contributing to a high-performing team.
