Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Experience using customer data analytics software and solutions, especially assortment optimization, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of new processes, tools, and solutions including performance UAT with the client and as part of a large team environment.
• Develop and publish GTM enhancement overviews, product training content, and release updates for new feature launches across internal and client-facing channels.
• Lead release share-outs and solution demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders, providing clear technical guidance on product capabilities and driving a culture of execution excellence through strong communication and follow-up.
• Conduct user research, gather and synthesize requirements, manage the product backlog, and support the Product Manager in capturing and actioning stakeholder feedback.
• Translate product usage data into insights with clear, actionable recommendations for improvements and growth.
