Job summary

dunnhumby is a global leader in Customer Data Science, partnering with retailers and brands to put the customer at the heart of every decision. The Technical Account Associate will work with clients to implement data platforms and software products, shaping data roadmaps and ensuring solutions meet requirements.

You will analyze client data and systems using SQL, collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, and help resolve data issues to deliver robust data solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience communicating and dealing with clients on a regular basis.
• Experience with open‑source distributed data platforms.
• Knowledge of modern and traditional data warehousing and data processing technologies.
• Experience with data engineering concepts and technologies.
• Ability to query and investigate data in any flavor of SQL.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support analysis and client solutions is a plus.

Joining our Technical Account Management team, you’ll work with world‑class and passionate people to support data exploration assessments, fully understand client data and systems, answer data‑related inquiries from internal and client stakeholders, suggest best options for data roadmaps, resolve data issues with client data providers, and support the Client Leadership teams to ensure our solutions meet requirements.
