Campbell’s is seeking a Manager, Category Leadership - Amazon to act as the strategic category and analytics partner for Campbell’s Meals & Beverages at Amazon. You will develop a deep understanding of the Amazon shopper, digital path to purchase, and portfolio growth opportunities.

This is a remote role open to all geographies. You will translate data into clear, category-first recommendations and collaborate across functions to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• Six+ years of experience in CPG, category management, eCommerce analytics, shopper insights, or related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities and Excel proficiency.
• Ability to translate data into clear, persuasive business stories and retailer-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead category strategy for Amazon, focusing on shopper-first recommendations.
• Create category reviews, business assessments, and strategic recommendations to grow Campbell’s on Amazon.
• Translate eCommerce dynamics into actionable account strategies and category growth.
• Build dashboards and presentations to communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
