Job summary

BIC World’s Category Analyst, Shave, supports U.S. category development through data analysis, reporting, and execution tracking. You will assist in customer meetings, promotional planning, pricing strategy, and new item launches while maintaining trackers and performance dashboards.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, actionable insights, and disciplined execution across customer initiatives, with evaluation of investment tactics to drive profitable P&L outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in CPG analytics, category management or sales analytics.
• Experience with syndicated data platforms such as NielsenIQ or Circana.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analytical materials and data summaries for customer meetings.
• Support category development with ad hoc analysis and provide post-meeting recaps.
• Track promotional effectiveness, pricing analysis, and update promotional trackers.
• Maintain dashboards and trackers; analyze syndicated data and internal sales data.
