Job summary

Allcat Claims Service seeks an experienced Property Claims Adjuster to evaluate and settle moderately to highly complex property claims. The role supports both remote work and a San Antonio office, with emphasis on accurate coverage confirmation and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include handling high-value structure and contents claims, working with public adjusters or attorneys as needed, and using Symbility, Claims Connect, and Guidewire to resolve claims efficiently.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Current TX adjuster license or ability to obtain TX adjuster license.
• 2 years property claims adjusting experience including dwelling claims.
• Advanced property construction knowledge.
• Computer literate in Windows.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts or audits moderately to highly complex property claims (structure, personal property, ALE).
• Handles customer escalations, DOI complaints, and claims with representation.
• Contributes to goals and performance metrics using tools & technology.
• Overtime during catastrophe events as needed.
• Applies knowledge of P&C products and policy contracts to claims status.
• Serves as a resource to less experienced team members on escalated issues.
