Allstate is seeking an experienced CAT Inside Complex Adjuster to investigate, negotiate, and settle high‑severity homeowner claims remotely. You will handle contents, structure exposures, and ALE, often including catastrophe events, utilizing advanced tools for thorough analysis and timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of property claims handling, strong policy interpretation skills, and proficiency with Xactimate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property insurance claims handling experience.
• 2+ years handling fire, water, and theft claims, including ALE.
• Strong knowledge of dwelling, contents, ALE, and state coverages.
• Experience with high-severity losses and catastrophe events.
• Ability to interpret policy language and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Proven analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, negotiate, and settle moderately to highly complex property claims.
• Handle contents, structure-related exposures, and ALE across virtual workflows.
• Review engineering reports and estimates to support claim decisions.
• Collaborate with field adjusters, mitigation vendors, and partners remotely.
• Write estimates, manage supplements, and finalize settlements.
• Provide empathetic, clear communication with customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Utilize data and analytics to drive claim outcomes and adhere to regulatory requirements.
