Job summary

Koley Jessen is seeking a Commercial & Technology Transactions Attorney (2–4 years experience) to join the CAT Practice Group in a 100% remote role. The attorney will assist with drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of vendor and technology contracts for sophisticated clients across industries.

Ideal candidates are licensed or eligible to practice in Nebraska, have strong contract analysis and communication skills, and can thrive in a collaborative, client‑focused firm that values

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice law in Nebraska
• 2–4 years of CAT experience
• Experience reviewing, revising, drafting, managing and negotiating vendor and technology contracts
• Experience with NDAs, supply agreements, service agreements, software license agreements and SaaS agreements
• Excellent academic and professional credentials
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, revising, drafting, and negotiating a variety of vendor and technology contracts
• Provide contract drafting, review, and negotiation support for clients
• Research, interpret, and summarize commercial and technology agreements
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes
• Support privacy, data security and intellectual property considerations when relevant
