Jencap, a leading wholesale insurance intermediary, is seeking a Broker Support Technician to provide administrative and production support to brokers in the Casualty Vertical. This remote role handles end-to-end new business and renewal submissions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and carrier compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The position may move to a hybrid schedule in the Denver, CO area in the future, and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance servicing or agency support preferred.
• Excellent communication and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support intake, review, and preparation of new business and renewal Casualty submissions.
• Coordinate with retail agents to obtain required documentation and information.
• Track submission status and maintain organized workflow queues.
• Assist with quote preparation, binding documentation, and post-issuance processing.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and carrier requirements.
